How has being an amputee changed your life?
I was young when I lost my leg, so I don’t know how much it has really changed my life. I know I am a little more self-conscious about myself. I try to take life day by day and to take opportunities as they come.

Who has been your biggest inspiration in helping you achieve success?
Tim and Mike Rayer have been my biggest inspiration because they make it seem like everything is possible. My family and friends have also been an inspiration to me for their encouragement and for never treating me differently.

What advice would you give to others who are new to the amputee community?
Never think you can’t do something. Don’t give up on life because of one bad day. Try to stay positive.

List some of your hobbies:
Snowboarding, puzzles, basketball, water skiing and photography.
