C-Leg by Otto Bock
The C-Leg is a microprocessor-controlled knee prosthesis which enables moderately active amputees to vary walking speeds and travel over changes in terrain. The newly redesigned model includes a wireless remote to allow the patient to switch between modes, an electronic lock for standing, and a third mode that allows the user to slightly adjust the knee's function for a variety of activities.

Ossur has developed the world's first integrated prosthetic leg, combining the functionality and capabilities of two of its newest prosthetic components, the Rheo Knee and the Proprio Foot into a single, fully integrated unit. Prosthetic Innovations, LLC serves as the first prosthetic provider to comercially offer the GENIUM in the tri-state area. Otto Bock has just launched its newest, most advanced microprocessor knee, the GENIUM. The GENIUM closely mimics a natural gait, reducing the mental effort required of users when changing speeds, walking up or downstairs, avoiding obstacles and walking backwards. It also offers a run time of up to five days on a single charge and offers numerous additional cutting-edge features.
i-LIMB by Touch Bionics
The i-LIMB Hand is the first prosthetic device with five individually powered digits. The i-LIMB Hand was developed using leading edge mechanical engineering techniques and is manufactured using high strength plastics. It is controlled by a unique, highly intuitive control system that uses a traditional two-input myoelectric (muscle signal) to open and close the hands life-like fingers. Myoelectric controls utilize the electrical signal generated by the muscles in the remaining portion of the client's limb. This signal is picked up by electrodes that sit on the surface of the skin. Existing users of myoelectric prosthetic hands are able to adapt to the system and can master the i-LIMB functionality with practice.
Michelangelo Hand by Ottobock
The Michelangelo prosthetic hand has complex gripping kinematics, natural movement and appearance. The hand has soft fingertips, a separately moveable thumb, and a multi-axial movement pattern that offers seven different grip options that improve functionality for the upper extremity amputee. The wrist joint consists of two modules that support flexion and extension as well as pronation and supination.
PowerFoot BiOM by iWalk
Prosthetic Innovations, LLC serves as the first prosthetic provider to comercially offer the PowerFoot BiOM in the tri-state area. The BiOM is a bionic lower-leg system with reflexive powered plantar flexion that simulates the action of the ankle, Achilles tendon and calf muscles by propelling the amputee upwards and forwards during each walking step. Unlike passive carbon-fiber prosthetic feet that return only 50% of the energy of a biological limb, the reflexive action in the BiOM performs net work on every step and returns 100% of the energy of a biological limb while accommodating for real time terrain changes, thus normalizing the individual's gait dynamics.
The New POWER KNEE by OSSUR
Prosthetic Innovations, LLC serves as the first prosthetic provider to comercially offer the POWER KNEE in the tri-state area. Designed to allow the user to perform more complex activities than previously possible, the POWER KNEE is unique in its capacity to generate power from within. The outer design of the prosthesis reflects the anatomical shape of the leg just below the knee. Sensors and associated electronics – which process data, apply artificial intelligence and control the movement and power of the knee – are all strategically positioned within the knee and contribute to its overall shape. Constructed from aluminum, the frame is strong enough to cope with the power generated by the knee. The battery pack is detachable and can be instantly replaced with a fully charged pack, so there is no need to recharge the unit as a whole. Securely positioned, it is also easily accessible to the user.
RHEO KNEE by OSSUR
The RHEO KNEE remains one the most adaptable solutions of its kind. It is also simple to use. The silver gray impact-resistant shell is made of high-resistance polyurethane, its shape reflecting the anatomy of the human knee and lower leg. A soft pad at the front improves sensation when kneeling. Integrated within the design's distal end is a Bluetooth® module for wireless communication and setup processes, as well as a rechargeable Li-Ion battery, which provides 24-48 hours of continuous use, dependent on activities. A single-pin port and rotation-independent circular plug make recharging easy, while the tamper proof on/off switch prevents unintentional use of the device.

Lower cable tension improves dexterity, helps prevent sound-side overuse injuries and reduces wear and tear on both the body and equipment.
