Both represent first generation technology and are the first to have true artificial intelligence. These products both offer the wearer functional return never before realized in prosthetics.

The POWER KNEE is the first prosthetic knee to actively power the wearer up stairs step over step or lift him/her up steep slopes. There are obvious functional advantages to having a prosthetic knee that can share more of the wear and tear and additional energy expenditure needed during everyday ambulation. The PROPRIO ANKLE is the first MP ankle/foot mechanism that can sense, think, and act to ensure every step is optimal. With the use of its patented Terrain Logic, the PROPRIO ANKLE recognizes uneven terrain and adjusts the foot position accordingly.
